About

About Us

Welcome to the New American Youth Mental Health (NAYMH) initiative, where our mission is to champion mental health, shatter stigma, and restore hope within our communities. We are a dedicated group of young adults passionate about improving mental health support for New American youth, with the invaluable backing of the Bhutanese Community of Central Ohio.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where mental health is openly discussed, and individuals feel empowered to seek the help they need. By breaking down barriers and fostering a culture of understanding and compassion, we strive to provide resources, education, and advocacy to ensure every immigrant can access the mental health care they deserve.

Join us on our journey to make mental health a priority, eliminate stigma, and build a brighter, more hopeful future for all. Together, we can make a difference and inspire change within our community.
